TERMS OF SERVICECommission TOSOnce's you purchase a commission, You are automatically agreeing to my teams of service.1. I have a right to decline your commission.
If you commission me with, let's say, "Nudity" for example. I have a right to decline that, because I don't feel comfortable drawing that.2. you have no right to remove my watermark/signature
If you are interested in commissioning me, The awesome! But don't remove my watermark/signature under any circumstances at all. This is a violation of my property & i will refuse any future commissions from you.3.You may not resell or repost commissions
You must add credit if you display your commission outside of the website, I don't want you to repost my artwork to any website without my permission. & don't upload my work to merchandise websites & sell them. This is also a violation of my property & profit as well.4. Please respect I have a life too, you know
Sure, waiting can be time-consuming, I get it, Not everybody wants to wait around. But I can't work 24/7 you know? Understand that your commission may not get done within a day or two, its probs be done in a week or two or more, or how the complex the character is. or my life at the moment. Remember, Sleep exist, Social life exist, & Mental or Physical health exist too.5. Refunds
At the start, I send you a sketch/concept. At this stage, You are only allowed to request a refund if there's family life going on or medical stuff. That I can completely understand. If your commission is passed though the lineart/colouring/shading. Then I will not allow any refunds at this point, I already spend time & the work I put in for you. You may not pull payment or file a report on PayPal. This will result in a ban from commissioning me into the future.
So. Buy it wisely mate.6. Payment is upfront
I don't accept Half payments or payment after the completion. However, If it's a large payment, more than $100 Than a 50/50 payment is ok, If requested that is. I mostly recommended you pay me upfront.7. I may use your commission as an example.
I may display commissioned artwork on this site as example for the various options. Unless if you requested not to have your commission on this site. Please let me know.8. Blacklist
I will & never draw secondhand requests for certain users. I will always refuse any commission for these uses or characters they have created of whose asking, & why. The reason I have them blacklisted is well, The blacklist is already on my page.
After that, It is no longer discussed & move on.9. Just don't be a massive twat. Ok?

How to Order
If you want to buy my commission, The awesome! Then just follow these steps.1. Please send me a direct a message on any of my social medias.2. I will ask you to send a ref sheet of your character Or a Toyhou.se link, so I can get a better understanding of your character, If I don't feel like there's not enough references3. Tell a bit about your character! So I can get a better
understanding on how I want the character to turn out in the sketch & in the final drawing. (or if you have already done that. You can skip that step. If you wanna)4. After I said. "Yep! You are good to go!" I will ask for your Gmail/Email or whatever mail you got, I will send you an invoice to your PayPal address instead. Just to avoid accidental transactions / fees. I really wish PayPal had an option to not have your name revealed or something, I just idk how…5. After that's all done. Now the waiting game begins..Work speed
